also, you dont always get a successful skill level increase so plan on being dissappointed occaisionally. Seems like about a 50% chance.

I don't know if you get a higher chance for sacrificing multiple with the same skill. Has anybody tried?

The topic of Skill Upgrades, mainly stacking, is covered in depth in the strategy guide. Drizzt, you might wanna check it out if you're worried about wasting skilled cards to make powerful ones. The strategy is actually sound for your main formation cards.
